IL10抗原；白介素10(IL10)重組蛋白多種屬是主要由Th2細(xì)胞所產(chǎn)生的一種細(xì)胞因子，活化的B細(xì)胞、單核巨噬細(xì)胞和枯否氏細(xì)胞（Kupffer's cell）等也可產(chǎn)生IL-10。它是以抑制Th細(xì)胞克隆細(xì)胞因子合成為特點(diǎn)的多效免疫調(diào)節(jié)因子。 白介素-10是維護(hù)細(xì)胞因子網(wǎng)絡(luò)平衡的重要負(fù)調(diào)節(jié)因子。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration less than or equal to 0.1mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
